Description
CNC is offering the Career Development Practitioner Certificate Program in partnership with Douglas College. This program is offered on a part-time basis, with classes held in Prince George on alternating weekends (Friday evenings and all day Saturday).
You'll learn techniques for working with individuals and groups, and for using assessment tools. Topics covered include labour market trends, career transition, resource materials, Canadian Standards and Guidelines, and the Blueprint for Life Design.
The Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals has approved all courses as continuing education towards the Registered Rehabilitation Practitioner (RRP) designation.

The Career Development Practitioner Certificate Program encourages effective professional practice in the career, employment and rehabilitation field. You’ll develop career practitioner competencies and the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to work effectively with a diverse client population.
There are three ways to apply:
Minimum of one year as a career practitioner, or equivalent education and experience.
The certificate consists of six 30-hour courses:
