Selection process
In those cases where the program is
oversubscribed on the review date,
selection will be made on the basis of
the resumé submitted with an emphasis
placed on the relevance and extent of
experience in tourism and/or customer
service, level of knowledge and interest
in natural history, and experience and
level of proficiency in ecotourism field
activities.
Assumption of risk release
Due to the varying levels of risk associ-
ated with outdoor recreation activities,
participants will be required to sign an
Assumption of Risk and Indemnifying
Release form. In the case of partici-
pants under the age of 19 years, the
form must also be signed by a parent or
legal guardian.
