This program is being developed to meet the needs of working individuals by being offered as a part-time weekend format. Participants will be able to maintain their present position while taking courses that will open doors to advancement. Whether you are looking to develop new skills or improve upon base skills we have the programming for you. Customized Programming Built to meet your needs. All courses and programs offered under EDI can be tailored to meet your organization's goals and objectives. We accomplish this by meeting with you to discuss your training needs, identify participant profiles, and develop examples and situations specific to your environment that will be incorporated into the course. All this and the course hours may be applicable to our post-diploma certificates. Flexible Scheduling - On-site or off-site, you place or ours, weekday, weekend or evening, we make every effort to accommodate your schedule so you can maximize savings of time, travel and group size. New applied skills - We don't focus only on theory but ensure individuals learn to apply and try their new skills through role plays, discussions, and other activities in a safe environment. This allows them to implement their training immediately, improving their confidence, efficiency and effectiveness.
