Disability SupportThe CTC and the College of New Caledonia have a process in place to determine if a student with an identified disability could be successful in one of the CTC programs before they are accepted. The process is as follows: 1. The student MUST indicate on their application and/or during their interview that they have an identified disability. 2. The College of New Caledonia - Disability Support Services, will then review the students red file from their high school to better understand what resources would be necessary to accomodate the student and to determine if the College has those resources available. 3. Based on an understanding of the students' identified disability, the type of supports required and the types of resources that would be available at CNC, Disability Support Services in conjunctions with the Career Technical Centre will make the final decision as to whether a student is accepted into their program of choice. 4. The CTC office will then contact the student and/or their parents and notify them of the decision.
