Applied Workplace Essential Skills

 

 

The Applied Workplace Essential Skills programs are designed to provide

eligible participants with entry level training and certification. Students

will learn basic workplace skills as well as industry specific skills.

 

Office Essential Skills

This 7 week course will help prepare students for entry level office

positions and further training (Administrative Assistant Certificate).

Students will gain basic experience in office communication, customer

service, time management and computer use.

 

Small Water Systems

Qualified water treatment operators are in demand in our region. This

program will help students who are looking to find work in water

treatment plants. Students will gain valuable skills and knowledge to

help prepare them for a 30 hour Small Water Systems course.

Funding may be available for this program. Contact a counsellor or

academic advisor for more information.

WorkSafeBC regulations will apply.
