Professional Cook Levels 1 & 2 (formerly Culinary Arts)

 

This 10 month Professional Cook program at CNC will give you the training you need to enter the cooking field. Students progress through two ITA accredited levels and gain a wide variety of skills.

 Admission Requirements

  • Successful completion of at least one of the following:
    • Grade 10
    • ABE Intermediate Certificate
    • GED

    Or, mature student status. To explore this option, please schedule an appointment with a CNC couinsellor /advisor

  • Documents certifying current TB screening and health examination are required. Forms are available from the College.

 Workers’ Compensation Board regulations will apply.

 

 

 

NOTE: High school students may be eligible to take this program. See your school counsellor for details.
