ATV Training Certificate
The All Terrain Vehicle Rider Course is a nationally recognized program, developed by the Canada Safety Council to train the operators in the safe and efficient use of an ATV. The course includes both classroom and practical training with emphasis on operational skills. You must be 16 years or older and supply your own ATV in good working order. 7 Hrs

Bear - Cougar Aware
This course is a must for anyone spending time in the great outdoors. You’ll learn about bear and cougar habitat, species identification and how to avoid bear and cougar encounters when hiking, camping or working in the bush. Students will also learn about the safe handling and use of defensive weapons such as bear spray, bangers and guns.

Marine Radio Course with DSC Certification
This Industry Canada certified course is required for any person operating a marine radio in fresh or saltwater. The course covers regulations, operating procedures, distress, urgency and safety communication, propagation in the VHF and HF modes, radio frequencies dedicated to the Marine Service, global Maritime Distress and Safety System certification and Digital Selective Calling (DSC) certification. Marine operators must be 16 years of age. There is a written and practical exam. The Marine Radio license is good for life. 12 Hrs.

This comprehensive online training program provides shippers, handlers and drivers with a clear understanding of the basic TDG requirements. Students complete the training process at their own pace but an assistant will be on-hand for any computer related questions. Occupational First Aid Level 1
Be prepared for first aid emergencies! OFA Level 1 covers:
· Initial emergency care
· Airway management
· Choking/breathing
· Emergency management of chest injuries
· Shock and bleeding
· Cardiac arrest
· Accident scene management.
3 year certification recognized by WorkSafe BC. Photo ID is required.

Occupational First Aid Level 3
Level 3 is the most advanced first aid training available and most sought after by industry. This course will qualify you for an exam, which is scheduled outside of the dates listed. Home study is required. A medical certificate of fitness is not required as of Mar 1, 2010. No interim certification will be issued, and students must provide photo ID. 3 year certification. 70 Hrs

Standard First Aid For Mines
This three day certification course has been developed from the St. John Ambulance First on the Scene program to meet first aid requirements for the Canada Labour Code Standard First Aid.
