Get your Business Administration Certificate studying part-time!
This program offered over a 5 Semester period allows you to take advantage of part-time studies. The Business Administration Certificate program provides students with the opportunity to study areas of business such as Accounting, Financial Services, Human Resources Management, Management and Marketing. Students completing the Business Administration Certificate are able to apply their completed course work towards the Business Administration Diploma and/or the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
Program Topics:
The program consists of five required courses, plus five electives in:
· Accounting
· Business
· Computer Information Systems
· Economics
· Finance
The following courses will be offered iat the Vanderhoof Campus in Spring 2012:
ACC 151 - Accounting 1 (60)
MKT 152 - Principles of Marketing
COM 222 - Management and Organizational Behaviour
Law 294 - Business Law
Program Entrance Requirements:
Successful completion of one of the following:
· Grade 12 (with English 12 or English 12: First Peoples, Communications 12, or Technical and Professional Communications 12) or
· ABE/CCP Advanced Certificate or GED Certificate and successful completion
of Principles of Math 11 or equivalent.
Students who do not meet the above requirement, and think they may be admissible as a mature student should consult a CNC advisor at our Career Centre.
