Exposure to bullying and harassment in the workplace has serious negative outcomes. It can take many forms, including verbal aggression, personal attacks, and other intimidating or humiliating behaviours. Effective November 1, 2013 WorkSafeBC has approved three new occupational health and safety workplace bullying and harassment policies. Make sure your workplace is in compliance by registering for this half-day workshop.

Microsoft Excel 
Excel is the spreadsheet software in the Microsoft Office Suite. In Level 1 you will learn how to set up your Excel environment, how to use a workbook, format text, create simple formulas, work with cells and templates. In Level 2 you will learn about functions, how to use the correct syntax to insert functions, how to use math and trigonometric, statistical, financial, logical date and time, text or information functions. You’ll also learn to draw different types of objects, insert and modify graphics, customize charts and much more.

You’ll learn how to create a basic word document, edit a document, format text and paragraphs, insert tables, special characters and graphics. In Level 2 you will continue to improve your Word skills. In this course you will learn how to manage lists, customize tables and charts, format documents using styles, themes and graphics. Learn how to use the mail merge function and more.
