We are looking forward to celebrating student success at Convocation 2026. Please save the following dates and times in your calendars:

Attending Your Convocation Ceremony

Step 1: Apply to graduate

Even if you are not attending a convocation ceremony, you must apply to graduate to receive your credential.

If you are in your last semester, you can apply to graduate. You do not need to wait for your final grades.

If you have already applied to graduate or received your credential, skip this step. You will receive your link to register for the ceremony via email (step 2).

Step 2: Register for your ceremony

You will receive an email when registration opens the first week of March with a link to the registration form, or after you apply to graduate. Make sure to check your junk mail folder.

Step 3: Prepare for your ceremony

Invite your quests, pre-order your hoodie, plan for your day.

Step 4: Pick up your Gown and Cap

Gown pickup is noted in the dates and locations listed below. If you are not able to pick up your gown during these times, you may have a friend or family member pick up for you. They will need your student number and your height to do so.

Step 5: Attend your ceremony

Put your convocation's date into your calendar and remember to come early so you can check-in and find your seat. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
