General Terms of Reference

The College and Institute Act (the Act) provides that the management, administration and control of the property, revenue, business and affairs of the college are vested in the Board of Governors. Without limiting the foregoing or the general powers conferred on or vested in the Board by the Act, the Board has power to establish committees it considers necessary to carry out its functions.

Committee of the Whole

The Committee of the Whole is comprised of the entire Board membership of the College of New Caledonia.

President & Board Evaluation Committee

The President and Board Evaluation Committee is created by and responsible to the Board of Governors of the College of New Caledonia. The Director of Human Resources shall provide management support to the Committee.

Finance & Audit Committee

The Finance and Audit Committee is created by and responsible to the Board of Governors of the College of New Caledonia.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee shall be comprised of the Chair of the Board of Governors, the Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors, the Vice-Chair Regions and the President of the College.

Bylaw Review Committee

The Policy and Bylaw Review Committee is created by and responsible to the Board of Governors of the College of New Caledonia.
