Return Policy

In order to process a refund or exchange we need:

- The original receipt

- The item you are returning must be in the condition you purchased.

  No marks or damage, scratches, bent corners, stains, original packaging, no missing pieces etc.

Textbooks are refundable up to two weeks after the beginning of each term.

Custom Course Manuals - No returns permitted due to Canadian Copyright Law.

Exchange only if defective for the following items:

- Calculators

- CD's, DVD's, Flash Drives, Digital Memory

- Computer Hardware, Software

All other merchandise - withing 2 weeks of the date of purchase.

Payments by Cheque - allow 14 days for Bank Clearance.
