You are welcomed to the College of New Caledonia with a full orientation that takes place prior to the start of each semester. This is a great time to adjust to your new school and learn how to have a successful year.

Services and Facilities

The College of New Caledonia offers you a full range of services and facilities to help you have the best possible living and learning experience.

  • Admissions: submit applications, register for classes, get a student ID card, arrange entrance testing, pay fees, and order transcripts.
  • Cafeteria: Food for your mood! Visit the grill for hamburgers and fries, or try out our Culinary Arts students' ever-changing hot lunch plates.
  • Centre for Student Success: Get help with study skills, test taking strategies, time management, and more.
  • College Store: You will find everything you need for student life.
  • Computer labs: CNC's IBM and Mac labs are open early in the morning, until late into the evening.
  • Counseling and Advising: Visit the counseling and advising department for help with course selections, career choices, or transferring. Or talk over personal problems in a confidential atmosphere.
  • Kodiaks Restaurant: Enjoy a great gourmet dining experience. Kodiaks Restaurant is located on campus and is open only a few months each year. It is a taste experience to savour.
  • Library and Study Centres: 180,000 books .... 1500 movies ... use email, the internet, and borrow books or movies - all for free!
  • Students' Union: Your student association provides many services, including photocopying, discount travel cards, locker rentals, and help finding a place to live. Get involved and make a difference.
