Andrea Johnson is the writer/editor at CNC.
Andrea spent three years as editor of The Quesnel Cariboo Observer twice-weekly newspaper and six years as a reporter with The Peace Arch News in White Rock, B.C.
She has served as a director with the Sunrise 2000 Rotary Club of Quesnel, overseeing projects and events such as Quesnel’s annual Terry Fox Run.
Andrea holds a journalism diploma from Mount Royal College in Calgary and a Bachelor of History degree from the University of Alberta, Augustana Campus in Camrose, Alta.
She has won seven regional, provincial and national newspaper awards, including two provincial community service awards.
She spends her free time cross-country and downhill skiing, curling, running, hiking, camping, travelling and reading.
