History and Mission of Kodiak's

Conceived and named by the late Chef MJ. Wilson, Kodiak's was built in 1999. The primary purpose of Kodiak's is to train Hospitality Administration students and Professional Cook students. Our Mission as a student training facility is to give students "hands on" experience in all of the positions in a fine dining room, its management and working in a team.

KODIAK's is Closed until October 2010
