CNC Student Residence is about community living

The CNC Student Residence consists of two floors with common lounge areas on each floor.
There are:
- 76 standard, single rooms, each room sharing a bathroom with one other room
- 8 larger rooms, each sharing a bathroom with one other room
- 8 standard rooms with a private bathroom
Note: Four of the standard rooms with a shared bathroom on the ground floor are accessible to students with disabilities.
Apply today for residence as soon as possible as the student residence does fill quickly!

Room Details:
- direct access to outdoors;
- twin bed with storage drawers, a desk, chair and lamp;
- heat and air condition unit that you can control;
- microwave and bar sized fridge;
- kitchen sink, shelves and a storage closet;
- heat, light, cable are included in your rent;
- bring your own bedding, dishes and towels; and if you bring small appliances, please ensure they are less than 10 years old to meet code compliance;
- wiring is available for telephone service that you may choose to have set up and pay for separately;
- house keeping packages are available to international students for a minimal charge
