Summer Bookings and Conferences @ the CNC Student Residence

The CNC Student Residence is open to individuals and groups ranging in size from two to 50 depending on room availability during the summer months of May to the end of August. Our 92 room residence consists of two floors with common areas on each floor. Guests are welcome to stay for one night, or four months. There is no need to apply for short term stays, however please do call to ensure there is a space available. For long term stays, please apply or call to confirm space and rates. Summer rates are based on standard room, single occupancy starting at $25 (plus HST) per night for a basic room, or $32 (plus HST) if selecting the linen package. Weekly, monthly and group rates are available. The CNC Student Residence can accommodate small conferences of 20 to 50 people. Please contact the residence manager who would be pleased to help you plan your event.
