Planning your courses with a timetable
Whether you're applying as a full-time or part-time student, it is a good idea to build a timetable to ensure that your schedule is conflict-free. A timetable will make it easy for you to visualize each week, and to plan your work schedule, study, time, and other committments.
You'll need the following documents and information:
- Timetable worksheets (PDF), one for each semester
- Course selection sheets (PDF), one for each semester
- Fall and spring semester timetables which list the dates and times, as well as instructors and locations for every course offered each semester
- Course calendar to check for complete information on each course you may be planning to take
Once you've sorted out your timetable, it's time to register for your courses. Each course has a limited amount of seats so you want to make sure you register for your courses as soon as you are able to. You can register online through your CNC Connect account (you must be a current registered student) or in person at the Admissions & Registration Department.
