Mission statement

The College of New Caledonia's Human Resources Department priorities and goals have been developed to support CNC's mandate and strategic plan. In addition, the department is committed to facilitate and implement positive human resource practices that align with the College's Mission, Vision, and Values.

The Human Resources Department is integral to the success of the College and will provide knowledge, expertise and infrastructure to develop and sustain the CNC workforce. The HR Department's leadership, performance and the way in which we carry out our responsibilities will positively impact the overall culture of the college.

With more than 600 employees spread across six campuses, the College of New Caledonia is an excellent place to work. CNC prides itself on being a caring and sharing environment where you will thrive in your new job. Whether in the classroom, bookstore or admissions office, employees go out of their way to help students achieve their educational goals.

The college provides monthly professional development opportunities such as the Leadership Institute to help you improve your leadership skills in your personal and business life, and relieve stress.
