Message from the President and Board Chair

The College of New Caledonia is a teaching and learning community that cares, serves and leads. Every day at our campuses across BC's Central Interior, CNC's faculty and staff make these values a reality. We succeed when our students and our communities achieve their goals. It really is that simple...and that complicated!

| Since 1969, CNC has been a vital resource, contributing greatly to the economic prosperity, quality of life and health of our citizens and communities. With over 100,000 students completing courses over the past 39 years, student success stories can be found close at hand in your community, at your workplace, and probably within your own family.
Your college strives to be responsive to local and regional needs for programs and services, adapting and changing to support and keep pace with emerging economic and social challenges and opportunities. Through a comprehensive range of trades, business, health sciences, career, developmental and academic programs, CNC helps people live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives through the achievement of their educational and career goals.
At CNC, we're proud of the work we do. But we're very much aware that the support of the communities we serve is critical to our success. We're very fortunate to work in partnership with many local and regional organizations and to be assisted by literally thousands of people who donate funds, equipment, or their time in support of CNC and its students.
If you're one of the many people who help us help students - whether through monetary or other gifts, or by serving as advisory committee members, practicum hosts, or other volunteers - thank you for your support! You are truly making a difference in your community and in the lives of students.
