How do I report problems with SurgeWeb?

How do I configure Outlook to send email through mail.cnc.bc.ca from home?

Answers:

In SurgeWeb, follow these steps:

1. Select the message
2. Click the arrow on the drop down box labeled as "More actions..."
3. Click the Spam option

The spam message will be moved from your Inbox into your spam training folder. The system will recognize future messages like that one as spam.

In Outlook you'll need to setup your IMAP port to port 993 instead of the default port 143. Look in your account setup, under the advanced settings for the port configuration options.
