Click on the link below, sign in to Facebook and click “like” on the Wes Williams entry, or add a comment (enter by 12 noon on Feb. 17)</description><link>http://cnc.bc.ca/tools/events/display/default.aspx?eventid=5206</link><pubDate>2/5/2012 11:29:00 PM PST</pubDate></item><item><title>CNC Board approves collective agreement with Faculty Association</title><description>CNC’s Board of Governors ratified a new collective agreement Friday between the College of New Caledonia and its Faculty Association. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“We are delighted to have worked out an agreement with our Faculty Association and hope to have official government approval in the near future,” said CNC President John Bowman.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The agreement will now go to the provincial government for final approval. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For more information, please see attached PDF.</description><link>http://cnc.bc.ca/tools/events/display/default.aspx?eventid=5186</link><pubDate>2/2/2012 1:28:00 PM PST</pubDate></item><item><title>CNC dental hygiene students set to leave for Tanzania</title><description>Six CNC dental hygiene students and their instructor will head to Tanzania next week to provide preventative oral health care treatment to children, adults and seniors.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Describing it as an “unreal experience,” the students will be going for two weeks as part of Projects Abroad, a volunteer organization which provides meaningful and safe work and study placements around the world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“We’re working with two orphanages and a hospital,” said Megan Ball, a first-year dental hygiene student. “The wealthy class has access to dental care, but we’ll be seeing children who have never seen a dentist and the people who are in the hospital are there because they’re in so much pain.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For more information, please see attached PDF.</description><link>http://cnc.bc.ca/tools/events/display/default.aspx?eventid=5204</link><pubDate>2/2/2012 1:27:00 PM PST</pubDate></item><item><title>Black History Month – Feb 25th - The Main Event</title><description>The Main Event:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Featuring Wes Williams:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mr Williams is a multi-talented author, actor, musician and public speaker Wes ‘Maestro’ Williams has been selected for induction into the Stylus Awards 2011 Hall of Fame.
