Board of Governors Bylaws and Policies

The Board of Governors at the College of New Caledonia (CNC) is responsible for ensuring sound governance and strategic oversight of the institution. As part of this responsibility, the Board maintains a series of bylaws and policies that guide key institutional decisions and uphold accountability, transparency, and institutional effectiveness.

Delegation of Authority AD-HR-1.29

This policy identifies how authority will be delegated when a member of the Executive Committee is absent, unable to act, or when there is a vacancy in their office.

Succession Planning AD-HR-1.28

This policy establishes the expectations of the Board of Governors for the Executive Committee to maintain a succession framework that supports CNC’s institutional effectiveness and aligns with the annual employee Growth Plan process.
